These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd website (“Site”) and the purchase and use of tickets for the immersive experience (“Experience”). By purchasing tickets or using our Site and at our ticket counters, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets for the Experience. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
1.2 Ticket Types: Tickets are available in various categories (e.g., general admission, MyKad holders, children and family packages). Prices and availability are subject to change. Tickets purchased are non-transferable and can only be used for the date and time indicated.
1.3 Ticket Pricing: All ticket prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.4 Payment: Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods on our Site. Your purchase is not confirmed until we receive payment and send you a confirmation email along with your ticket. Access to immersify KL is by presenting the ticket at our entrance for a QR code scan.
1.5 Confirmation: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please keep this confirmation for entry. You may also receive additional instructions or information about the Experience.

1.6 Resale of Tickets: Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for commercial purposes. Unauthorised resale may result in the invalidation of the ticket.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable.
2.2 Refunds: Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as if the event is canceled by us or if required by law. In such cases, you will be notified and the refund process will be initiated.
2.4 No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled experience, your ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Health Requirements: Some parts of the Experience may involve physical activities or sensory effects. If you have any health concerns, including but not limited to, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or other medical issues, please consult your doctor before purchasing tickets. You participate at your own risk.
3.2 Participant Safety: By entering the Experience, you agree to follow all safety instructions, house rules, and guidelines provided by our immersify KL staff. Failure to follow these instructions may result in removal from the Experience without a refund.
3.3 Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the Experience. If you appear intoxicated, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the Experience for safety reasons.

4. Access and Admission

4.1 Entry Requirements: You must present a valid ticket and any required identification for entry. The name on the ticket must match the person entering the Experience. If you are unable to provide the necessary proof of identity, entry may be denied.
4.2 Re-entry: The QR code on your ticket is only valid for One (1) time entry/scan only. You may leave the gallery and return again. Do remember to hold on to your entrance tickets and get a re-entry stamp before you exit.
4.3 Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled entry time. If you are late, we cannot guarantee entry into the Experience. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for the next available time slot, subject to availability.
4.4 Refusal of Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Experience for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to follow our health and safety protocols, house rules and visitor guidelines, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.5 Check-In Policy: You must show MyKad, MyKid, Birth Certificate, or any legal documents (e.g. passport) at the entrance to the gallery. Gallery staff will only admit visitors as per the date and time slot stated on your ticket. The last admission is at 8.30 pm daily. Only one re-entry is allowed and it must be within your time slot.

5. Behavior and Conduct

5.1 Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward all staff and other participants during your visit. Disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Experience.
5.2 Photography and Filming: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you are not permitted to take photographs, videos, or recordings with flash and lighting during the Experience.
5.3 Personal Items: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securely storing them.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to immersify KL and the Experience are the property of Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Experience for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content related to the Experience without prior written permission.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft that occurs during your visit. You participate in the Experience at your own risk.
7.2 Force Majeure: Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Collection of Personal Data: By purchasing tickets or using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information to process your order, communicate with you, and improve our services.
8.2 Data Retention: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9. Amendments

9.1 Changes to Terms:We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revisions. By continuing to use the Site or purchase tickets after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

10.1 Jurisdiction:: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

Immersify KL is Malaysia’s first purpose-built permanent 30,000 sqft immersive media art gallery designed specifi cally to produce a multi-sensory journey that evokes a myriad of emotions. Featuring 11 uniquely crafted zones masterfully developed from South Korea with Malaysia’s vibrant cultural identity, we are dedicated to curating a one-of-a-kind experience that sparks imagination, inspires learning, and awakens the mind.

2. How long is the experience?

The immersive experience typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. However, the duration can vary depending on the flow of the experience and how long you take to explore and interact with different elements.

3. What should I expect during the experience?

You may experience immersive content through visual projections, spatial 3D surround sounds, interactive activities, LED floors and walls, and installations using high defi nition equipment and cutting-edge technology.

4. Are there age restrictions for the experience?

Our experience is designed for visitors of all ages. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5. How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased directly on our website at www.immersifykl.com , or at the entrance of our gallery at Ground Floor, The Labs, Bukit Bintang City Centre (subject to availability). We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as our attraction may sell out quickly, especially during peak times, weekends, and public holidays.

7. Can I buy my tickets at the door?

We strongly recommend buying tickets in advance. However, tickets may be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Check availability by visiting our website.

If you have purchased your ticket online, you can retrieve your ticket from your email. If it’s a physical ticket, please visit our counters at immersify Kuala Lumpur for assistance.

9. What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

10. What happens if I am late for my scheduled time?

To ensure the best experience for all visitors, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter the experience, or they may be required to join the next available time slot, depending on availability.

11. Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Immersify KL is fully wheelchair accessible. We also offer assistance if needed to guide our visitors who are in wheelchairs.

12. Can I take photos or videos during the experience?

Yes, you can. However, to preserve the immersive atmosphere, we ask that you refrain from flash photography or videography during the experience. We encourage you to enjoy the moment and be fully engaged. Designated photo areas are available in most of our zones.

13. Are there any special discounts available?

We offer lower pricing for children and MyKad holders (Malaysians).

14. Can I bring food or drinks?

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the immersive experience areas. However, you can purchase refreshments and be mesmerised by the illuminating art and flavours of our cafe.

15. Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at Menara EcoWorld and Lalaport. If you are using public transportation, we also provide detailed instructions on how to get to the venue on this website.

16. Is the experience safe?

Yes, your safety is our top priority. We follow all necessary health and safety guidelines, and our staff is trained to assist you throughout the experience. We also ensure that all special effects and interactions are carefully planned to avoid any risks. You are also advised to walk and not run as some of our zones have mirror walls and pillars.

3. Participant Eligibility

The Contest is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia aged sixteen (16) years and above as at the start of the Contest Period, and with a valid identification document and residential address in Malaysia. 5. Participation Method

  1. To participate, Participants must upload a photo or video of themselves with their child(ren) and/or mothers on Instagram and/or TikTok during the Contest Period of 10 May 2025 – 31 May 2025 (3 Weeks).
    1. Submitted content may include multiple individuals; however, at least one maternal figure and child must clearly be visible in the photograph or video. Submissions that do not feature this pairing will be deemed invalid.
  2. The Contest is open to participants who submit entries celebrating a maternal relationship. This includes biological mothers, adoptive mothers, stepmothers, foster mothers, legal guardians, and other recognised maternal figures, provided there is a clear mother–child relationship. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of the relationship, such as a birth certificate, adoption papers, or legal guardianship documents, to confirm eligibility.
  3. Failure to provide adequate proof upon request may result in disqualification from the contest and forfeiture of any prizes awarded.
  4. All photo or video submissions on Instagram and/or TikTok must be captured within the immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd. gallery. Entries taken outside of the gallery premises will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified from the Contest.
  5. Entry Submissions on Instagram
    1. Participants Instagram account must be set to public throughout the Contest Period and at the time of the winner selection.
    2. Participants are required to add the following details on their postings within the Contest Period to qualify for the contest:

    1. Acceptable forms of proof include a valid admission ticket, e-ticket confirmation, or official order number issued at the time of entry purchase.
    2. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted proof and to disqualify any entry that fails to meet this requirement.
  8. Participants who fail to comply with any of these terms will be disqualified from the Contest.

6. Multiple Entries and Duplicate Winners

Each participant is permitted to submit multiple entries, including both photo and video submissions on Instagram and/or TikTok, during the Contest Period. However, each Participant is eligible to win only one (1) content category (photo/video), regardless of the number of entries submitted. In the event that a Participant is selected as a potential winner for more than one (1) entry—whether through separate submissions or across different content formats (e.g., one photo and one video)—the Organiser, will only recognize one (1) entry as the winning submission.

The Participant will receive only one (1) prize, and any additional wins will be disqualified. The disqualified winning slot(s) will be reassigned to the next eligible Participant(s) as determined by the Organiser. This rule is in place to ensure a fair opportunity for all Participants and to prevent duplicate winners.

The final decision regarding which entry is retained as the winning submission shall rest solely with the Organiser.

7. Entry Deadline

All Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59 on 31 May 2025. All Entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.

8. Judging Details

As part of the winner selection process, the Organiser will review all eligible Entries submitted during the Contest Period. To qualify, Participants must upload a photo or video that complies with the Contest guidelines and include the required Contest hashtag(s) in their caption. Entries must be set to public visibility on Instagram and/or TikTok at the time of judging to be considered valid.

All eligible submissions will be reviewed and shortlisted by the Organiser’s internal judging panel, comprising selected Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd.  staff members. Judging will be based on creativity of the submission. Each valid entry will be considered on its own merit, and submissions will not be evaluated based on popularity metrics (e.g., likes or shares).

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Entries that are incomplete, do not comply with the Contest terms, or fail to include the correct hashtag(s). Misuse of hashtags, inappropriate content, or any attempt to manipulate the judging process may result in disqualification at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

9. Winner Announcement

Only one (1) winner will be selected from the photo category and video category respectively, and the Organiser’s decision is final and binding. The official winner will be announced by 30 June 2025 via the Organiser’s social media platforms and/or through direct communication. By participating, winners consent to their Instagram and/or TikTok account names being published for publicity purposes.

10. Prize Details

  1. Winner will receive a 2-day, 1-night staycation package at a 5-star hotel in Klang Valley which will be announced two weeks before the check-in date. The staycation includes the following:
    1. One (1) room accommodation, valid for up to four (4) guests
    2. Breakfast dining for up to four (4) registered guests
    3. Spa voucher for one (1) guest (details and value to be determined upon booking)
  2. The stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Booking will be made in advance by the Organiser and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  3. Prize Fulfilment
    1. The stay must be completed within the period of 15 July 2025 to 15 October 2025.
    2. Bookings must fall within this window, with no extensions allowed.
    3. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to national public holidays and peak periods as determined by the hotel. All bookings are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
  4. Booking & Confirmation
    1. Winners must contact the Organiser’s official contact email/phone number at a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to their intended check-in date. Early booking is highly recommended to secure preferred dates.
    2. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receiving a formal booking confirmation from the hotel. The Organiser is not liable for unavailability of rooms during the redemption period due to late booking attempts.
  5. Additional Expenses
    1. The prize covers accommodation, breakfast, and a spa voucher as detailed. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay—including but not limited to minibar usage, in-room dining, additional spa services, or charges for extra guests beyond the four (4) included—will be borne solely by the winner. A valid credit card or debit card may be required by the hotel at check-in to cover incidental charges.

11. Prize Collection Terms and Forfeiture

  1. Winner Information & Prize Fulfilment
    1. All confirmed winners are required to provide the Organiser with accurate personal information, including full name, MyKad number, contact number, and email address, for the purpose of verifying eligibility and facilitating prize fulfilment. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delays or disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to request official identification for verification purposes.
  2. Forfeiture of Prize
    1. If the winner fails to redeem or make a confirmed booking within the stated redemption period, the prize will be deemed forfeited. No replacements, extensions, or compensations will be provided.
    2. Similarly, if a winner fails to respond to communication or complete booking procedures within the timeframe specified in the winner notification after three (3) contact attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Organiser’s discretion.
  3. Substitution of Prize
    1. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with another item or package where the Organiser sees fit should unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to hotel unavailability, force majeure, or supplier issues.
  4. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
    1. Winners must comply with all rules, terms, and policies set by the hotel and any third-party providers involved in the prize arrangement. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any issues arising from non-compliance, misconduct, or refusal of service by third parties.

12. Prize Eligibility and Limitations

The staycation prize is awarded exclusively to the confirmed winner(s) and is strictly non-transferable, meaning it cannot be gifted, sold, or assigned to any other individual. The prize is also non-exchangeable for cash or credit, whether in whole or in part.

Winners may not request a substitution, cash alternative, or any other variation of the prize. Any requests for prize exchange due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel restrictions, or other personal circumstances will not be accommodated.

This prize may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, loyalty points, corporate rates, or vouchers offered by the hotel or third-party providers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Organiser or hotel management.

In the event that the winner is unable or unwilling to redeem the prize within the stipulated redemption period, the prize will be deemed forfeited. No extensions or alternative arrangements will be made.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants and to disqualify any winner who is found to be in breach of the Contest Terms & Conditions, including attempts to transfer or sell the prize.

13. Use of Content

By entering the Contest, all Participants hereby grant the Organiser and its affiliated partners the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any content submitted as part of the Contest, including but not limited to photographs, videos, captions, and usernames.

This includes, without limitation, the right to use the submitted content for promotional, marketing, advertising, public relations, digital, and editorial purposes across any platform or medium, including but not limited to social media, websites, email newsletters, press releases, exhibitions, and print materials.

Participants confirm that they are the sole owner of the submitted content and that the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or other legal rights. If any other individuals appear in the content, Participants confirm that they have obtained the necessary permissions and consents from all identifiable persons featured.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any claims arising from the use of the submitted content, and Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against any such claims.

Participants further waive any rights to inspect or approve any finished product or promotional material that incorporates their submitted content, and waive any moral rights they may have in the material to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions or the prize offering at any time, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, force majeure events, pandemic-related restrictions, governmental regulations, technical issues, hotel availability constraints, or any other unforeseen events that may compromise the fairness, integrity, or feasibility of the Contest or prize fulfilment.

In the event that the Contest or any part of the prize becomes unavailable or impracticable for any reason, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel, substitute, or provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value without incurring any liability to the Participants or winners.

By participating, all Participants acknowledge and accept that such changes may occur and agree that neither the Organiser nor any associated third parties shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, costs, or inconvenience resulting from such amendments or cancellations.

B. Conditions of Entry

1. Introduction

1.1. Immersify (KL) Marvelous Mothers Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd. By participating in the Contest, all Participants agree to comply with these Conditions of Entry, which are to be read in conjunction with the full Terms & Conditions.1.2. This Conditions of Entry are to be read together with the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Conditions of Entry and the Schedule to Conditions of Entry, the Schedule to Conditions of Entry prevails. The Conditions of Entry and the Schedule to Condition of Entry shall collectively be referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”. Each capitalised term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. Defined terms will be used singular or plural as the case may be. Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as changed).1.3. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

2. Contest Entries

2.1. By submitting an entry to the Contest, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

2.2. All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the Contest, including without limitation, telecommunications, network, Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the Contest shall be borne by the Participant.

2.3. Proof of submission of an entry is not proof of receipt, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Contest is open to all individual legal residents of Peninsular Malaysia aged sixteen (16) years and above as of the start of the Contest Period.

3.2. Where the eligibility age prescribed in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry is below the age of eighteen (18), Participants are required to obtain the written consent (in such form as may be prescribed by the Organiser), from their parents/legal guardians before participating in the Contest and submitting any personal information.

3.3. The Organiser may require a Participant to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the Contest including without limitation, identification documents, and the written consent of parents/legal guardians in the case of Participants below the age of eighteen (18) years.

4. Ineligibility and Disqualification

4.1. Employees of Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

4.2. Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4.3. Participants who do not comply with these Conditions of Entry or the full Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

4.4. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that:

4.4.1. undermines, has or attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception; and/or
 
4.4.2. are not eligible or unable to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the Contest for verification by Organiser when requested.
 

4.5. In the event of a disqualification after a Prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.

5. Prizes

5.1. The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to any Participant who defaults in collecting the Prizes in accordance with the Prize Claim in any respect whatsoever. The Organiser reserves the right to determine how uncollected Prizes will be dealt with.

5.2. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.

5.3. Any additional costs not specifically stated in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry in relation to a Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner.

5.4. All Prizes must be taken according to the terms and conditions of the Organiser, its agent, sponsor and/or third party providing the Prizes.

5.4.1. Redemption and Booking Confirmation:
 
5.4.1.1. The Organiser is not liable for any cancellation or re-scheduling that may prevent a Prize fulfilment. Prize can only be redeemed on the specified Prize Redemption Period.
 

5.5. The Prize must be taken in accordance with the dates and destinations specified by the Organiser, its agent or sponsors. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point additional transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs not specifically stated in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry are the responsibility of the Winner.

5.6. Prize(s) are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organiser excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.7. Prizes must be claimed in person unless the Organiser prescribes other modes of collection.

5.8. Where a Participant is under the age of eighteen (18) years of age and is declared a Prize winner, the Participant must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian throughout the Prize fulfilment.

6. Publicity

6.1. The Organiser may use a Participant’s entry including without limitation, photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information submitted for purposes of the Contest (collectively the “Materials”), and the Participant’s name, and/or likeness, for advertising, publicity and promotion of any goods or services of the Organiser, for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation, and in any media. The Participant shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Organiser.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in any contents and/or materials submitted, made or created by the Participant in connection with the Contest and any derivative works arising therefrom will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to and owned by the Organiser. The Organiser has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he or she may have in such materials or works.

8. Indemnity

8.1. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Organiser, its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 2016 (“Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd.”), directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages) arising from or incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance of any Prize, and/or the use of the Participant’s entry and/or likeness in connection with the Contest or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Participant’s participation in the Contest shall be at the Participant’s own risk.

9.2. The Organiser, Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd., its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Prize won.

10. General

10.1. The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to perform any of their obligations in respect of the Contest and the Terms and Conditions where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.

10.2. Any names, trademarks or logos used and or reproduced in any materials (including marketing and promotional materials) in connection with this Contest, in particular that relates to the Prize, are the properties of their respective owners. This Contest and the Organiser are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, the relevant owners, unless otherwise communicated, and such owners are not part of the Organiser’s group of companies.

10.3. The Participants shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights or sub-contract any of the obligations herein. The Organiser shall be entitled to assign or sub-license the whole or any part of its rights hereunder to any third party as may be determined by the Organiser.

10.4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Organiser and not to Instagram or TikTok. All participants fully release Instagram and TikTok from any claims or liabilities arising in connection with this Contest. 10.5. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.

10.6. Where the Terms and Conditions of the Contest is prepared in English and any other language(s) in the event of any inconsistency between the English language and the other language(s), the English language version shall prevail and govern in all respects.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Immersify (KL) Sdn. Bhd website (“Site”) and the purchase and use of tickets for the immersive experience (“Experience”). By purchasing tickets or using our Site and at our ticket counters, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets for the Experience. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
1.2 Ticket Types: Tickets are available in various categories (e.g., general admission, MyKad holders, children and family packages). Prices and availability are subject to change. Tickets purchased are non-transferable and can only be used for the date and time indicated.
1.3 Ticket Pricing: All ticket prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.4 Payment: Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods on our Site. Your purchase is not confirmed until we receive payment and send you a confirmation email along with your ticket. Access to immersify KL is by presenting the ticket at our entrance for a QR code scan.
1.5 Confirmation: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please keep this confirmation for entry. You may also receive additional instructions or information about the Experience.

1.6 Resale of Tickets: Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for commercial purposes. Unauthorised resale may result in the invalidation of the ticket.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable.
2.2 Refunds: Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as if the event is canceled by us or if required by law. In such cases, you will be notified and the refund process will be initiated.
2.4 No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled experience, your ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Health Requirements: Some parts of the Experience may involve physical activities or sensory effects. If you have any health concerns, including but not limited to, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or other medical issues, please consult your doctor before purchasing tickets. 3.2 Participant Safety: By entering the Experience, you agree to follow all safety instructions, house rules, and guidelines provided by our immersify KL staff. Failure to follow these instructions may result in removal from the Experience without a refund.
3.3 Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the Experience. If you appear intoxicated, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the Experience for safety reasons.

4. Access and Admission

4.1 Entry Requirements: You must present a valid ticket and any required identification for entry. The name on the ticket must match the person entering the Experience. If you are unable to provide the necessary proof of identity, entry may be denied.
4.2 Re-entry: The QR code on your ticket is only valid for One (1) time entry/scan only. You may leave the gallery and return again. Do remember to hold on to your entrance tickets and get a re-entry stamp before you exit.
4.3 Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled entry time. If you are late, we cannot guarantee entry into the Experience. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for the next available time slot, subject to availability.
4.4 Refusal of Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Experience for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to follow our health and safety protocols, house rules and visitor guidelines, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.5 Check-In Policy: You must show MyKad, MyKid, Birth Certificate, or any legal documents (e.g. passport) at the entrance to the gallery. Gallery staff will only admit visitors as per the date and time slot stated on your ticket. The last admission is at 8.30 pm daily. Only one re-entry is allowed and it must be within your time slot.

5. Behavior and Conduct

5.1 Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward all staff and other participants during your visit. Disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Experience.
5.2 Photography and Filming: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you are not permitted to take photographs, videos, or recordings with flash and lighting during the Experience.
5.3 Personal Items: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securely storing them.
