You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets for the Experience. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
1.2 Ticket Types
Tickets are available in various categories (e.g., general admission, MyKad holders, children and family packages). Prices and availability are subject to change. Tickets purchased are non-transferable and can only be used for the date and time indicated.
1.3 Ticket Pricing
All ticket prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.4 Payment
Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods on our Site. Your purchase is not confirmed until we receive payment and send you a confirmation email along with your ticket. Access to immersify KL is by presenting the ticket at our entrance for a QR code scan.
1.5 Confirmation
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please keep this confirmation for entry. You may also receive additional instructions or information about the Experience.
1.6 Resale of Tickets
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for commercial purposes. Unauthorised resale may result in the invalidation of the ticket.
